Crafted with island sourced tart heritage apples and heirloom crabapples, this apple preserve has great balance and color. Smooth, dense, with just the slightest hint of bitter, it's a perfect companion to cheese. Like apple butter made in the style of a Spanish quince paste.

We especially love it paired with soft, gooey cheeses. Not too sweet and perfect with charcuterie. We're also partial to this one for our Jam Tart or slathering on store bought shortbread.
