This is a rare preserve (our first foray into raspberries!) cultivated from Northwest berries and accentuated with rosewater. Sweet, tart, and floral, a heady fragrance you can feel. You could send to your Valentine. Or you could keep it to yourself - and dollop spoonfuls on something buttery (a triple creme?), an indulgent sundae, or a simple piece of dark chocolate adorned with the jewels of a bountiful summer. Deep in the winter (will it snow?), while love floats around (it’s there, it really is) - this will, indeed, bring you somewhere sweet, with a story to tell.
