✨ NEW✨ If you ever hoped we’d make a marmalade this one is for you. The Reine Claude Greengage Plum is one of the most highly sought after preserving plums in the world and we’ve been lucky to make friends with a limited number of old trees on Orcas.

Naturally quite sweet, with a rich flesh and tannic notes on the skins, we leaned into our seasonal need for unctuous and bittersweet and paired these with tart and bitter grapefruit (inspired by an amazing Italian grapefruit marmalade), with thick peels of toothsome zest to shake off any remaining winter doldrums.

Our just released Small Batch Reserve, Greengage & Grapefruit, is ready for you at last! Deliciously tart, it’s perfect with toast and pairs nicely on a cheese plate with goat cheese, rounding out the citrus notes, in that magical way that has you coming back for more over and over again.
