Hot Damn Pepper Jam Spoon Preserves

We’re excited to offer this ultra popular small batch pepper jam reserve year around. This was a long time coming and we are actually pinching ourselves it’s so good. We’re really into fruit over here. We’re surrounded by such beautiful bounty it’s our mission to make the most of it. But we also have some farmers growing top notch vegetables and folks are constantly asking us if we make pepper jam. So we made a pepper jam! But don’t be fooled- this is not your usual pepper jelly. We had to give it the GMD spin and max out that spiciness with lots of local fruit and a bit of punchy organic vinegar (made from WA apples) for balance. The quince and apple also add body to the set allowing us to stay committed to our ‘no pectin’ policy. It’s legit hot (yes!). It’s legit amazing. And it’s all natural. Thanks to our farmers for growing these beauties. We’re pretty sure we did them justice.
